Link Building

Link Building

Link building is the process of developing a network of other websites that link to your own, preferably without you having to link back to them since one-way links are the most valuable types of links. As a website owner you will no doubt be asked many times to trade links (reciprocal links) which you can do without harming your rankings.

The search engines (especially Google) assign a 'weighting' to the different types of links and they are, in order of importance:

1) One way links to your site (most important).
2) Reciprocal links.
3) One way links from your website to another site (least beneficial).

There are other considerations too when link building, such as the destination (landing) page, wording of the links and keyword relevance. Ideally, we want your chosen keywords to be reflected all the way through from the link text to the landing page's SEO characteristics in order to achieve maximum results.

There are a number of methods of link building to your website which have slightly different considerations to bear in mind. The different methods (and our fees) include:

~ Article Syndication (£70 per hour).
~ Online Press Releases (Price varies depending on level of distribution required).
~ Directories Submission (Up to £1,000 depending on the number of directories you would like to submit your site to).
